Our Service

At Chadwick Road Service, we aim to provide long stay residence and a normative life for eight adults living with:

Autism

Learning Disability

Communication problems

Challenging Behavior and other associated health problems.

Our aim is to enable the people we support to settle and integrate within their own community, to become accepted and valued as individuals and to enjoy the facilities and amenities available to all people within the community, whilst also providing professional guidance and support to enable independence.  The people we support are encouraged to take responsibility for their daily lives, and to do as much for themselves as possible within their daily routines, whilst exercising their right to choice. High standards of care are maintained so as to optimize each person’s quality of life.
