We have a growing team of experienced support workers, who are vetted and selected not only because of their skills, but their tenacity, desire and passion to make a difference to people’s lives

The pairing of key worker to the people we support is of the uppermost importance to us. The role of the key worker is extremely important, so the personal preferences of the people we support is always taken into consideration when matches are made. All carers are fully aware of their clients’ personal preferences, along with all relevant medical history.

All Carers undergo full back-ground checks and all hold DBS (disclosure and baring service) certificates.
