About us

Attentive Care Chadwick Road Service is a supported living service based in East London. The values which are inherent to Attentive Care are to treat its staff along with the people we support with respect and humility.  Our goal is to be inspirational, informative, involving and encouraging to enable the people we support to participate in their own personal development through open and honest communication.

We are continually embarking on in-house training programmes for the development of our staff in order to maintain exceptional standards of care to the people we support. We are hugely committed to complying with laws and legislation within the social care sector.

All the people we support are assigned their own key worker who will work holistically to identify abilities, difficulties and anxieties, then develop a therapeutic strategy to help individuals achieve their goals.

All staff working within our service are experienced and have in-depth knowledge on the issues the people we support face, and collaboratively work together to develop their person-centred support plan.

The people we support will always be living with peers of similar abilities, and can be supported individually and collectively by staff specially trained to meet their specific needs and abilities.

Our care facility is located close to local amenities in order to assist the people we support in developing their social awareness and communication skills, supporting their positive experiences and engagement with the local community. We aim to provide a comfortable homely environment for each and every person we support and encourage personalisation of their rooms and encourage collective choices about the decor in the communal areas of their home. Attentive Care attributes particular importance to accessibility and diversity for the people we support.
